Seminar on development and employment forms (English)

calendar 3 December 2018
watch 1:00pm-4:00pm

IUNO invites companies to a seminar on 3 December 2018, where a number of International HR lawyers will talk about the development in HR law and alternative forms of employment. The seminar will be held in connection with our International HR Legal Day, where you have the opportunity to have 1:1 meetings with the lawyers. The seminar is in English.

Many companies are increasingly required to associate employees in other countries. This can be, for example, in the form of traditional full-time appointments, or on alternative models such as consultancy appointments, via a platform, through agencies, fixed-term contracts, etc.

At the seminar, the panel of international HR lawyers will talk about developments in their countries and look at some of the pitfalls most commonly encountered by businesses. Among other things, we will address:

  • Possibility of flexibility in connection with regular employment
  • Use of consultants
  • Substitute Forms
  • Platform Work
  • Fixed-term contracts

The seminar is free of charge and takes place in English. It is reserved for people with HR responsibility.
