GEO Meeting in Copenhagen with Focus on International and Local Trends in Employee Equity Plans
On 14 June, IUNO will be hosting a Global Equity Organization Nordic Chapter Meeting in Copenhagen for persons who work with or have an interest in compensation and benefits.
A panel of experts from the Nordic countries will guide you through the key legal considerations surrounding restructuring in the Nordic Region while identifying effective human resource management strategies to help achieve corporate goals.
Do you work with employee equity or other incentive plans on a national or international level? Then you have the chance to partake in the GEO Nordic Chapter Meeting on 14 June in Copenhagen where we will focus on trends within employee equity and other incentive plans at a Danish and international level.
During the seminar, you will get valuable information on relevant considerations to be made when your business is about to introduce incentive plans and on how incentive plans are managed on an everyday level from both a tax and legal perspective.
You will also be given insights on how to avoid the potential legal pitfalls that many corporations face when introducing or amending equity plans in Denmark. Four experts will elaborate on the various questions that arise in the wake of employee equity plans, including:
- Do we need incentive pay and how do we create the right incentives?
- which considerations should I take when structuring incentive pay?
- what global trends should you be aware of and how will recent political events affect executive compensation and employee equity plans?
- how will the new employee-friendly Danish tax scheme affect your company?
- what are the dos and don’ts when introducing or amending employee share plans?
The panel of experts
